We are delighted to invite submissions of papers for publication in DISCOURSE, the AIFC Academy of Law Legal Publications portal.
Legal professionals and scholars in the sphere of international commercial law practice are welcome to submit legal updates, comments on AIFC Law, academic research, or policy white papers on any topic of interest to the global legal community. * All submissions will be peer reviewed on the basis of quality and originality.
DISCOURSE is committed to the highest academic standards and to making a meaningful contribution to the legal community.
Submissions
DISCOURSE accepts submissions in the form of legal updates, comments on AIFC Law, academic research, and policy white papers.* All submitted papers are encouraged to comply with the Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA) or The Bluebook.
We are interested in English, Russian and Kazakh submissions. For those who wish to submit a paper in Russian or Kazakh, please provide an English version of the same.
Any author wishing to have their papers considered for publication in DISCOURSE please send in your submissions in MS Word (* .doc or * .docx) to [email protected] along with the following information: (1) Name; (2) Organization; (3) Position; (4) Contact information; (5) An abstract of not more than 200 words as a word document; and (6) A copy of the signed Publication Policy.
